Without an account, nothing you enter leaves your browser. With an account, a private copy is kept in the EU that only you can read. Your data is never analysed, sold, shared or used to train AI, and nothing on this site tracks you.

Using Query Universe without an account

Your brand, queries, responses and sources are stored in your browser's own storage, on your device. They are not sent to us or to anyone else. Clearing your browser data deletes them, so download a backup if you want to keep them.

A share link carries a copy of your results (who was named and which sources were cited, but not response text) inside the link itself, after the #. Browsers never send that part of a link to a server. Anyone you give the link to can see those results.

If you save to an account

We store only what the account needs:

• Your email address, to send you sign-in links. There's no password.
• Your constellations: what you entered (brand, other names, website, queries, the responses and sources you pasted, dates) and when each was last saved.
• Your email choice: whether you asked for occasional updates. It's off unless you tick the box.
• A sign-in session kept in your browser's storage so you stay signed in. It isn't a tracking cookie.

Database rules mean each account can only ever read its own constellations.

What we never do

• No analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and no third-party cookies.
• We don't analyse, aggregate, sell or share your constellations, and we don't use them to train AI.
• We don't read your constellations, except if you ask us to help with a problem and give us permission.
• We only email you sign-in links, plus occasional updates if you opted in.

Who handles the data

• Supabase stores accounts and saved constellations, in its EU (Frankfurt) region.
• Brevo (EU) sends sign-in emails, so it processes your email address.
• The site's host serves the pages and may keep standard, short-lived request logs (such as IP addresses) for security. The fonts and code are served from this site, not from Google or other third parties.

Your rights and choices

• Download everything in your account at any time: Account → Download everything.
• Delete your account and every constellation in it: Account → Delete my account. It's immediate and permanent.
• Turn update emails off in your account, or by replying to any update.
• Under the GDPR you can also ask for access, correction or deletion by email, and complain to your data protection authority.

We keep your data while you have an account. We process it to provide the account you asked for, and send updates only with your consent.
